Yes. Every transaction automatically calculates CGST, SGST, or IGST based on the place of supply and HSN/SAC codes. Stockivio generates GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B from your live data, ready to upload to the GST portal.

Yes. Stockivio integrates directly with the Invoice Registration Portal (IRP). For eligible taxpayers, e-invoices are generated automatically with IRN and QR codes. The threshold applicability is auto-applied based on your annual turnover.

Yes. Upload your GSTR-2B JSON from the GST portal and Stockivio will auto-match your purchase records, flag mismatches, and identify ITC you can claim vs. what has been filed by your suppliers.

Yes, on Growth and Business plans. GSTR-9 is compiled from your full-year GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B data automatically. You review and download the JSON for portal upload.

Stockivio tracks TDS under sections 194C, 194Q, and other applicable sections. TDS is auto-deducted at the correct rate at the time of purchase entry. TDS returns (Form 26Q) are generated quarterly.

PF (Employee 12% + Employer 12%), ESI (Employee 0.75% + Employer 3.25%), Income Tax (TDS under Section 192B), Professional Tax (all states with PT), Labour Welfare Fund, and Gratuity accrual.

Yes. Form 16 Part B is generated within Stockivio from the salary and TDS data. Part A (from TRACES) can be imported and merged. Bulk email delivery to employees is included.

Yes. Define leave types (earned leave, casual leave, sick leave, etc.), configure leave policies, and either enter attendance manually, import from Excel, or integrate with biometric/attendance systems via API.

Yes. Employees can log in to view their payslips, tax computation, submit investment declarations (80C, 80D, HRA), apply for leave, and submit expense claims — without contacting HR.

Yes. You can manage unlimited warehouses, godowns, and locations. Stock transfers between locations are tracked with transfer orders. View consolidated or per-warehouse stock levels in real time.

Yes. Define reorder level and reorder quantity per product per warehouse. When stock falls below the reorder level, Stockivio automatically creates a draft purchase order for your review.

Yes, on Business plan. Define multi-level BOMs, create production orders, track raw material consumption and work-in-progress, and record finished goods — all linked to inventory and costing.

Yes. All plans include a 14-day free trial with full feature access. No credit card is required to start. Your data is fully migrated if you choose to subscribe.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you pay the prorated difference. When downgrading, the credit is applied to your next billing cycle.

You can export all your data (invoices, reports, master data) as CSV or Excel at any time. After cancellation, your data is retained for 60 days in read-only mode before deletion.

Yes. GST filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) is included in all plans. GSTR-9, e-invoicing, and GSTR-2B reconciliation require Growth plan or above.

Stockivio is hosted on AWS Mumbai (ap-south-1) with multi-availability zone deployment. All data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit using TLS 1.3. Backups run every 6 hours with 30-day retention.

Yes, Stockivio is multi-tenant but with database-level tenant isolation. There are no shared tables between tenants. Your data is completely isolated — verified by independent security audits.

Yes, on Business and Enterprise plans. Single Sign-On via SAML 2.0 is supported. IP-based access controls and MFA enforcement are available on all plans.

Yes. Stockivio has a granular permission matrix — you can control access at the module level, then action level (view/create/edit/delete), and even field level for sensitive data like salary information.

Yes. Stockivio can import your Tally masters (accounts, items, parties, opening balances) using the Tally XML export. Our team assists with migration at no extra cost. Average migration time: 4–8 hours.

Yes. All master data (products, customers, suppliers, accounts) and opening stock can be imported from Excel using our pre-formatted templates. Historical transaction import is available with assistance from our team.

No. Migration is performed in stages with full verification at each step. You run both systems in parallel until you are confident in the data accuracy, then cut over.
